At Basecamp, every coach brings their own unique style, but we’re united by a shared love of fitness, strength training, and supporting women. We take our coaching seriously, but not ourselves — expect plenty of laughs, encouragement, and real connection.While one of us will always be coaching, you’ll also see us training in classes alongside our members. We practice what we preach, love what we do, and believe training should feel supportive, empowering, and genuinely fun.Lisa founded the business in 2019 with a clear vision: to create a space where women could build strength, confidence, and resilience - without intimidation or ego.She has a straight-up, no-nonsense approach to coaching, balanced with genuine care and support. She isn’t afraid to challenge women to push past what they think they’re capable of, always in a way that feels safe, empowering, and achievable. …but don’t be fooled — You’ll also find her dancing between sets, singing along to the playlist, and cracking jokes on the gym floor. She has a natural way of making everyone feel welcome, supported, and capable.She loves strength training and coaching in a way that builds confidence as much as fitness.Hannahs sessions are supportive, empowering, and always fun — with just the right balance of focus and laughs. You will often see Han training alongside our members, cheering them on between sets.

With over 25 years experience in the health and fitness industry, Kirst brings a huge amount of knowledge & expertise to the Basecamp team.Her background includes strength training, athlete coaching, pre and postnatal training, nutrition coaching, yoga, and endurance sport. As an ultra trail runner and mum of three, Kirst understands the importance of building strength that supports both performance and everyday life.
