    Group Fitness Classes

    Welcome to our strength-based group training classes, designed to build you up — not break you down. All fitness levels welcome, with real results, community energy, and a no-fluff, no-ego vibe. Here's what’s on the timetable:

    💪 MONDAY – SETS & REPS – 7am, 4:15pm & 5:30PM
    Strength training your way. Follow structured sets and reps designed to make you stronger, move better, and leave feeling sweaty and accomplished. You choose the weights, you set the pace — this class works around YOU.

    🏋️‍♀️ TUESDAY – STRONG-HER –7am. 4:30PM & 5:30PM
    Female-only barbell strength training focused on progressive overload and good form. For women who want to get seriously strong in a supportive environment.

    🧘‍♀️ WEDNESDAY – STRENGTHEN & STRETCH – 11AM & 4:15PM
    Slow, controlled strength circuits focused on muscular endurance, followed by a guided stretch to finish. Move with purpose, finish with calm.

    🔥 WEDNESDAY – BOOTCAMP – 5:30PM
    A fun, fast-paced mix of cardio and strength. Think circuits, partner work, and high energy. A full-body session that keeps you moving and smiling.

    ⚡️THURSDAY – FIERCE – 7:00AM & 5:30PM
    A 45-minute spicy session designed to get you out of bed and into beast mode. Expect sweat, grit, and mostly paired workouts. Not for the faint-hearted. Bring water — and maybe a friend.

    💥 FRIDAYS - CARDIO-BOX | 5:30PM
    Get your gloves on and your heart pumping! This high-energy, one-hour session mixes boxing combos with bodyweight cardio to keep you moving, sweating, and smiling. Grab a mate and team up for extra motivation—this one’s always more fun with a friend! 🥊🔥

    1 Class/Week – $26

    2 Classes/Week – $36

    4 Classes per week- $60

    Prefer flexibility? Class packs available – 5 Pack $140 (8 week expiry)

    Newbie Pack $75 — Perfect for trying us out: 3 classes, 4-week expiry, commitment-free. Available in our app.

    Please note: We do not offer free trials for classes, to ensure everyone has fair access to spots in our classes.

    To join a class, simply send us an enquiry and we’ll get you set up in our PTMATE booking system- we will require an email address to get you started.

    Achieve your fitness goals with 1-on-1 personal training in a private studio — no crowded gyms, no waiting for equipment, just focused, personalised support.

    Each session is tailored to your individual goals, fitness level, and needs, with mindful coaching and custom programming every step of the way.

    Buddy Personal Training – Train Together, Get Stronger Together 💪

    Share the session, split the cost, double the motivation!
    Our Buddy PT sessions are $110 per hour (split between 2 people) — perfect for friends, partners, or training buddies who want personalised coaching while keeping it fun and affordable.

    Training with a mate brings extra energy, support, and accountability. You’ll push harder, laugh more, and stay committed as you work toward your goals together.

    These are full 60-minute sessions — shorter sessions are not available for buddy training.
