Donβt let the name scare you off β Bootcamp is a fun, welcoming, and effective way to build your strength and fitness, no matter your starting point!
Classes run during school terms on Monday and Wednesday afternoons at 5:30 PM, held at Katoomba Public School. All sessions are indoors during the colder months, so youβll stay warm and dry no matter the weather.

1 class per week β $22/week (direct debit)
2 classes per week β $30/week (direct debit)
Casual drop-in β $25 per class

Buddy Sessions & Small Group Training
Training with a friend is a fun and effective way to stay motivated, challenge each other, and share the journey! Our Buddy Personal Training sessions let you and a pal train together in a private studio, with programming tailored to your shared goals and fitness levels.
Prefer the energy of a small group? We offer Small Group Training Classes β perfect if you're after community, support, and expert coaching in a friendly setting.

Stronger β A barbell-based strength and mobility class
β° Tuesdays at 4:30 PM & 5:30 PMStrengthen & Stretch β A slower-paced circuit-style strength class followed by gentle stretching
β° Wednesdays at 4:00 PMAll small group classes are held in our private studio in Katoomba, with limited numbers to ensure personal attention and support.
