Whether you want slow and controlled strength, fast-paced conditioning, or something in between, each session is designed to challenge you differently and help you build confidence in your body. Every class is coached, scalable and suitable for all fitness levels.

Achieve your fitness goals with 1-on-1 personal training in a private studio — no crowded gyms, no waiting for equipment, just focused, personalised support.
Each session is tailored to your individual goals, fitness level, and needs, with mindful coaching and custom programming every step of the way.

Basecamp Recovery Room
Run by our in-house remedial massage therapist Cass, the Basecamp Recovery Room is dedicated to helping your body recover, move well, and stay strong for training.Massage appointments are available to both Basecamp members and the wider community.
