Whether you want slow and controlled strength, fast-paced conditioning, or something in between, each session is designed to challenge you differently and help you build confidence in your body. Every class is coached, scalable and suitable for all fitness levels.

Each session is tailored to your individual goals, fitness level, and needs, with mindful coaching and custom programming every step of the way.

Buddy Personal Training – Train Together, Get Stronger Together 💪
Share the session, split the cost, double the motivation!
Our Buddy PT sessions are $110 per hour (split between 2 people) — perfect for friends, partners, or training buddies who want personalised coaching while keeping it fun and affordable.Training with a mate brings extra energy, support, and accountability. You’ll push harder, laugh more, and stay committed as you work toward your goals together.
These are full 60-minute sessions — shorter sessions are not available for buddy training.
