Our toughest class on the schedule. Shorter by design to keep output high - strength, grit & conditioning all packed into one spicy session.

RECOVER 9AM
A 60-minute class focused on alignment, mobility, stretching and recovery. Designed to help improve flexibility, balance, posture and core strength, RECOVER combines yoga-inspired movement, mobility exercises, breathing techniques and guided stretching to leave you feeling refreshed and recharged.
Suitable for all fitness levels and the perfect way to reset after a busy week of training.
