A fun, fast-paced mix of cardio and strength. Think circuits, partner work, and high energy. A full-body session that keeps you moving and smiling & sweating. 50 min class

STRENGTHEN & STRETCH  9:30AM | 4:15PM
Slow, controlled strength circuit focused on muscular endurance, followed by a guided stretch to finish. Move consistently with purpose

Designed specifically for women & focuses on building real strength. Supporting long term health & training in a way that works WITH your body. Expect a simple effective strength focus followed by conditioning intervals. 

THURSDAY

FIERCE 7AM | 4:15PM | 5:30PM
Our toughest class on the schedule. Shorter by design to keep output high - strength, grit & conditioning all packed into one spicy session.

RECOVER 9AM

A 60-minute class focused on alignment, mobility, stretching and recovery. Designed to help improve flexibility, balance, posture and core strength, RECOVER combines yoga-inspired movement, mobility exercises, breathing techniques and guided stretching to leave you feeling refreshed and recharged.

Suitable for all fitness levels and the perfect way to reset after a busy week of training.

Strength training your way. Follow structured sets and reps designed to make you stronger, move better, & leave feeling accomplished. You choose the weights, you set the pace.

Female-only barbell strength training focused on progressive overload and good form. For women who want to get seriously strong in a supportive environment.

Our memberships are designed to fit real life - whether you’re all-in or just squeezing movement into a busy week. All weekly memberships run via direct debit.

We don’t offer free trials, as spaces in class are limited so are reserved for our loyal members.
