Slow, controlled strength circuit focused on muscular endurance, followed by a guided stretch to finish. Move consistently with purpose

Designed specifically for women & focuses on building real strength. Supporting long term health & training in a way that works WITH your body. Expect a simple effective strength focus followed by conditioning intervals.

Our toughest class on the schedule. Shorter by design to keep output high - strength, grit & conditioning all packed into one spicy session.

Get your gloves on and your heart pumping! This high-energy session mixes boxing combos with bodyweight cardio to keep you moving, sweating, and smiling.
